We provide all the cleaning supplies we will need to clean your home. To guarantee no cross-contamination we appreciate using your vacuum if you have one available, although we always have backup equipment with us if yours is unavailable.

At Out-Shine Cleaning Services, we want you to be happy with every house cleaning you receive from us. If you're not completely satisfied with our housekeeping service, we will gladly return to re-clean the areas in question within 24 hours for no additional charge. You deserve the best cleaning service we can offer.

Pet friendly.

We love furry friends! We are used to working around home pets. Please notify us that you have and indoor pet upon booking. If possible, we ask you have them in a kennel or confined to a specific area while we clean.

Absolutely! We Kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice of cancellation or preferably the most notice possible to avoid any cancellation fee.

Do you provide all supplies?

Our cleaning professionals arrive fully equipped with all necessary supplies. However, if you have specific products you prefer us to use, we ask that you provide them and inform us in advance. To minimize cross-contamination, we kindly request the use of your vacuum if available. If not we will gladly provide one.
